How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Open the BuffrHQ app or web dashboard and go to Settings → Plan & Billing. You can change or cancel your plan there any time — every account keeps access to billing regardless of plan.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen at dashboard.buffrhq.com. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then message us and we'll help.
A client booked with me — where do I manage it?
Bookings from your booking page show up in your BuffrHQ app and web dashboard as jobs. If a customer needs to reschedule, they should contact you directly; you can then update the job.
How do I get early access to the mobile app?
Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment your early access is ready. Waitlist members also get founders pricing at launch.
